We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible shopping experience to you and all of our customers. That means that from the moment you enter TranzformingProducts.com to the moment your order is delivered to your door - we are dedicated to your satisfaction. 
Please remember the following as you await your order:

  • Do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separate packages. For quicker delivery and better variety, we ship from multiple marketplace vendors throughout State and the country.

Remember you cannot cancel your order if it is currently in the shipping process.


Shipping Rates:


Order Totals with a value up to $50.00 = $7.50
Order Totals above a value of $50.00 = 15%


Currently Shipping is only to the the Continental United States. If you are from Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us if you are interested in purchasing from us in the future. If we receive enough requests, we can certainly evaluate this option in the future. 

Vinyl Lettering Products


Please allow 7-10 days for each order for production and shipping.  Each of these orders are made to the customer's specifications at the time of processing. We will ship these orders by USPS Priority mail in the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need faster delivery, please contact us.  


Trophies and Plaques

Each of the trophies and plaques are made to order, so please allow up to 1 week for production for 20 or less, and up to 2 weeks for up to 50. Please call for a estimated time for more than 50. We ship USPS Priority mail in the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need faster delivery, please contact us.  


Food Products

Because of food regulations, we cannot accept any returns on our food products; however, we stand behind our products 100%  So if you have any problems or concerns regarding your food purchases from TranzformingProducts.com, please be sure to contact us immediately (within 7 days from shipping), so that we can address your concern in the best way for your needs.  We value your business and want you to continue to feel confident in the quality of our products!

Additional Shipping Notes:

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay. 
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via FedEx SmartPost® and can take up to 10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.


Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change an TranZformingProducts.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your TranZformingProducts.com order number or call 608-372-4211 within 24 hours or less. 
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently, and many of our orders are customized per individual. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to TranZformingProducts.com according to our return policy.
TranZformingProducts.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Returns


We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We endeavor to make sure your order arrives as described and detailed in your order; however we understand that there are always situations that may occur beyond our control.  In the event you need to make a return, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization number.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Vinyl Lettering purchase, you may return any unused vinyl graphics to us within 10 days of the customer's receipt, and in their original packaging.  Credit will be given to the customer upon receipt of their order (minus your cost of return shipping).  For defective products, or products that the customer may have experience problems with the application process, we are happy to exchange your order for the same product. Note: personalized orders may not qualify for the guarantee.
